REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum age: 25 years \*Gender: Not specified \*Years of experience: Preferably at least 4 years as a diesel engine mechanic \*Experience with DD13, DD15, and DD16 engines \*Plan and coordinate work to be carried out in the maintenance and repair shop for motor units. \*Control and record maintenance and repairs performed. \*Conduct inspections on vehicles exhibiting faults and perform corresponding repairs. \*Develop work plans for the team. \*Authorize and supervise maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and devices within the unit. \*Supervise and approve the team's work execution. \*Prepare biweekly reports of activities performed. \*Maintain the workplace in optimal condition (clean and organized). \*Plan repairs of motor units to ensure proper operation.
