Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Agent to conduct home visits for collections, account retention, and equipment recovery, advising customers on their outstanding balances. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and customer service skills LEADING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IS SEEKING A COLLECTION AGENT **Requirements:** 1 year of experience in home-based collections or customer service, or as a motorcycle-based delivery personnel Extensive motorcycle operation experience (mandatory) Valid Class D driver's license Excellent negotiation skills Customer service skills **Job Purpose:** To perform collection, retention, and equipment recovery activities (at the customer’s residence and/or workplace) in compliance with company policies and procedures, acting promptly to recover overdue payments, advising customers, promoting current payment plans to resolve outstanding balances, and obtaining updated contact and location information for debtors.
