Teamwork and adherence to procedures. ### **Mero Mero – Café & Restaurant** ### **Join our major opening.** ### **We are soon opening our doors and looking for individuals passionate about gastronomy, responsible, and with excellent service attitude to join our team.** ### **Responsible for managing, receiving, storing, and distributing restaurant supplies, food, and materials, ensuring order, proper stock rotation, and inventory control in accordance with established procedures.** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving and verifying goods against invoices and purchase orders. * Organizing, safeguarding, and arranging products in the warehouse. * Conducting physical inventory counts and maintaining records. * Applying FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation. * Distributing supplies to various restaurant departments. * Reporting shortages, losses, or damaged items. * Monitoring expiration dates. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse area. * Complying with hygiene and safety standards. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school or high school. * Minimum experience: 1 year as a warehouse associate (preferably in restaurants or food-related industries). * Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse control. * Basic proficiency in record-keeping formats or inventory control systems. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and integrity. * Teamwork. * Physical stamina. * Adherence to procedures. ### **Schedule** * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. * *(Shifts subject to operational needs)* ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
