We seek a **Branch Manager** with a strong operational and commercial focus, capable of leading a dynamic team in a high-volume, high-turnover environment. This position emphasizes execution, cost control, and KPI compliance — it is not a fine dining concept. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations in kitchen, bar, and dining area. * Ensure service speed and accurate menu execution. * Lead, train, and develop the operational team. * Achieve sales targets, average ticket value, and productivity goals. * Manage inventory, supplies, coffee, and bar stock. * Reduce waste and monitor food and beverage costs. * Monitor key KPIs: staff turnover, service times, cost %, waste, and sales. * Guarantee quality standards, cleanliness, and casual–premium experience. * Handle incidents and customer service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a manager in casual restaurants, brunch concepts, cafés, or high-volume operations. * Experience in inventory control and waste management. * Proficiency in operational and financial metrics. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (kitchen, bar, and service). * Results-oriented with strong operational control.
