Job Summary: Administer and manage human resources processes for construction projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, personnel control, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Personnel administration, from attendance tracking to administrative procedures and disciplinary actions. ***Job Objective:*** Administer and manage human resources processes within the **construction project**, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, personnel control, employee support, and administrative assistance to guarantee efficient and orderly operations. ***Responsibilities:*** * Track attendance, incidents, leave requests, and time clock records for construction-site personnel. * Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers with the corporate HR department or IMSS (as per internal process). * Prepare preliminary payroll lists and verify actual working hours for operational and administrative staff. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and complete personnel files. * Conduct inductions, initial training, and follow-up on DC3 (if applicable). * Administer uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and employee support programs. * Support disciplinary processes, administrative reports, and incident reporting. * Maintain communication with supervisors, site managers, and department heads regarding personnel management. * Assist in local recruitment. * Administer internal personnel procedures, permits, accommodation, travel allowances, or internal transfers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Prepare weekly personnel reports covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and payroll. * **Knowledge of labor unions.** * **Prior experience in construction-site personnel profiles is mandatory.** We Offer: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Base salary commensurate with experience and statutory benefits. ***Location: Paraíso, Tabasco*** Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
