Manage strategic partnerships and market expansion. **Brand Manager** **Job Objective** Develop and execute marketing and commercial strategies to position digital solutions within the fintech ecosystem, driving demand generation, product adoption, and revenue growth through campaigns, partnerships, and brand management. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field * \+3 to 5 years of experience in: * Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Growth * B2B Sales or Business Development * Experience in: * Financial services, fintech, technology, or payment gateways * Execution of marketing campaigns and commercial strategies * Lead generation and sales support * Preferred: * Participation in product launches * Experience in digital ecosystems or platforms **Responsibilities** **Marketing & Positioning** * Execute brand and market positioning strategies * Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) * Develop sales materials and product narratives * Support value communication to customers and partners **Demand Generation & Sales** * Design lead-generation initiatives * Support the sales team in closing opportunities * Identify market opportunities and new segments * Participate in ecosystem events, trade fairs, and networking **Partnerships & Expansion** * Support identification and management of commercial partnerships * Follow up on opportunities with strategic partners * Coordinate joint promotional activities with partners **Analysis & Tracking** * Track campaign metrics and commercial performance * Analyze results of marketing and sales initiatives * Propose improvements to increase conversion and reach **Note:** If residing outside the state, willingness to relocate is required.
