Position Summary: This position ensures that materials and processes comply with quality standards and sanitary regulations, guaranteeing technical integrity and good practices. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in continuous process improvement. **Quality Manager** **Position Purpose** Ensure that all materials and processes strictly comply with current quality standards and sanitary regulations. The objective is to guarantee technical integrity and adherence to good practices at every operational stage, identifying and correcting any deviation from established specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * **Regulatory Surveillance:** Supervise the correct implementation and maintenance of standards **NOM\-241** in relevant areas. * **Control and Release:** Coordinate inspection and validation of materials and processes to ensure compliance with technical acceptance criteria. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify deviations, investigate root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * **Technical Documentation:** Manage and safeguard records, certificates, and all documentation required to ensure full traceability. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in optimizing inspection methods and strengthening the quality culture within operations. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering (completed) in Chemical-Biological fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in managerial or supervisory roles within quality departments in regulated sectors. * **Technical Competencies:** * Solid knowledge of **NOM\-241\-SSA1** standards. * Familiarity with sampling techniques and inspection plans. * Ability to prepare technical reports and manage documentation. * Experience handling audits. **Employment Offer** * **Compensation:** Statutory benefits \+ Grocery vouchers. * **Incentives:** Punctuality and attendance bonus. * **Benefits:** Free transportation within the area. * **Location:** Chalco, State of Mexico. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday.
