Which stores are covered? SOUTHERN ZONE AND CUERNAVACA What do we offer?: --Monthly gross salary: $15,000 --PLUS COMMISSIONS --Statutory Benefits: effective from day one --Additional Benefits: (Gasoline vouchers, Grocery vouchers, Savings Fund, Automotive Service [twice per year]) Direct employment contract with the company --Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day. --Business hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Requirements: --Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite --Willingness and ability to travel within CDMX and Cuernavaca --Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) for transportation. (Mandatory) --Minimum 2 years of experience supervising work teams in the RETAIL sector (preferably in technology or telecommunications) Your responsibilities will include: --Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and provide feedback to sales staff to improve performance. --Goal Achievement (KPIs): Monitor real-time sales conversion rate, revenue generation, and new activations within your assigned zone. --Point-of-Sale (POS) Supervision: Visit stores to ensure proper execution of strategies, verify product availability, and maintain correct brand image (planograms). --Operational Management: Manage inventory levels, report incidents, and ensure proper store closing procedures. --Reporting: Prepare performance reports for management and analyze competitors to adjust commercial strategies. **Please note that for this position, the in-person interview will be held at our corporate office in CDMX.
