Position Summary: We are seeking an INTERNAL PLANT SUPERVISOR with experience in fiber optics (FO) and optical fiber networks to lead teams, ensure service quality, and manage FTTH projects. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and personnel management. 2. End-to-end FTTH project management and problem resolution. 3. Use of advanced tools for planning and design. A leading telecommunications company is seeking an INTERNAL PLANT SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Work Experience: Knowledge of FO and optical fiber cabling networks. (Minimum 2 years) * Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Excel, service-oriented attitude. * Special Attributes: Maintain crew productivity, foster a healthy work environment, ensure services comply with company standards and guidelines, supervise crew work quality, resolve issues beyond crew authority, provide appropriate and timely operational follow-up and oversight of assigned personnel. Personnel management. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana for project planning and progress tracking. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or other software for creating FTTH installation diagrams and layouts. Ability to manage databases for tracking telecommunications inventory and equipment. SAP. Effective use of collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace for team communication and collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ability to plan, execute, and complete FTTH projects on time and within budget. * Efficiency in time management and task prioritization to maintain uninterrupted workflow. * Ability to motivate, direct, and coordinate a team of technicians and administrative staff. * Clarity and efficiency in verbal and written communication with team members, customers, and other departments. * Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions. * Efficiency in allocating and utilizing human, material, and financial resources. * Ability to monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback. * Ability to negotiate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for the company. * Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards governing telecommunications installations, and ability to ensure compliance.
