Job Summary: Experienced professional in project development, equipment diagnosis and repair, contractor supervision, and preventive/corrective maintenance, available for travel and shift work. Key Highlights: 1. Technical project development and testing 2. Diagnosis, repair, and root cause analysis 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure • Development of projects and pre-projects for technical proposals. • Testing of new equipment for integration into new and ongoing projects. • Third-level diagnosis and repair for generating reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/Technical Service (TS) to manufacturers. • Evaluation and supervision of contractors. • Availability of schedule for shift-based roles. • Willingness to travel within the United Mexican States. • Knowledge and use of operating systems: Windows, Hercules, and PuTTY. • Proficiency in using measurement equipment and general tools. • Basic knowledge of structured cabling projects. • Basic knowledge of telecommunications projects. • Familiarity with communication protocols. • Basic knowledge of civil works projects. • Responsibility, creativity, teamwork, initiative, cooperation, and effectiveness. • Sense of urgency, problem solving, decision making, and proactivity. • Responding to failure reports related to installations, infrastructure, and equipment of ongoing projects, performing repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance. • Corrective and preventive maintenance according to the established work schedule.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: Between 26 and 40 years Skills: Equipment management, Teamwork, Root cause analysis, Project development, Integration, Preventive maintenance, Planning, Reporting, Diagnostics Driver's License: Class A Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, montaje, assembly, montura, installation, instalador, installer, instalacion, maintenance, conservacion, conservation, mantenimiento
