Position Summary: Leads and supervises the overall operation of an educational center to ensure quality care and development for girls and boys, in compliance with regulatory requirements and pedagogical programs. Implementation of pedagogical programs and continuous improvement. **Position:** · Daycare Center Director **Objective:** Responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the center’s overall operations, ensuring quality care and holistic development for girls and boys, as well as compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, ensures proper implementation of pedagogical programs and effective functioning of teaching and operational teams. **Requirements and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education, Basic Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field (with diploma or professional license). * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a supervisor or director in an educational institution serving children under 4 years of age. * Experience in personnel management. **Main Responsibilities** · Lead the operation of an educational center. · Supervise the implementation of pedagogical, health, and nutrition programs. · Ensure compliance with regulations (IMSS, Civil Protection, IEBEM). · Coordinate, supervise, and develop teaching and administrative staff. · Guarantee a safe and appropriate environment for girls and boys. · Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians. · Supervise and improve educational, administrative, and operational processes. · Implement continuous improvement initiatives. **Competencies and Skills** · Pedagogical leadership · Collaborative teamwork · Effective communication · Professional responsibility and ethics · Organizational ability and decision-making · Results orientation · Proficiency in technological communication tools **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
