Job Summary: We are seeking gardeners and cleaning staff for the maintenance of green and common areas, with relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Green area maintenance: planting, pruning, fertilizing, pest control 2. Cleaning of common areas, hallways, stairs, and glass surfaces 3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Preferred residence in the Coyoacán delegation High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Must perform care and maintenance of green areas, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control. Cleaning of common areas, hallways, stairs, and glass surfaces. Position Type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: Starting from $9,462.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
