If you are an expert at identifying construction defects and capable of leading crews with authority, this position is for you! ### **Your Role in This Position** You will serve as our on-site technical representative, responsible for supervising warranty execution, ensuring accurate diagnostics, and preventing cost overruns or recurrence of issues. Your role is the vital link between field operations and corporate headquarters. ### **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Engineering or Architecture (completed or incomplete). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in construction supervision or maintenance of mass-produced housing. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Identification of construction-origin defects and judgment to distinguish warranty-covered issues from misuse. * Proficiency in hydraulic, sanitary, electrical installations, and pumping equipment. * Ability to interpret architectural and installation blueprints. * Familiarity with finishes and general construction practices. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate Excel), Outlook; experience with ERP **Enkontrol** is desirable. ### **Your Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose and document warranty reports with photographic evidence. * Coordinate and supervise crews and contractors performing corrective work. * Manage and safeguard assigned materials and tools. * Prepare structured technical reports and ensure administrative closure with the client’s signed acceptance. * Provide direct attention to property owners and resolve on-site conflicts. * Field activity (50% construction sites / 50% office). ### **Skills That Will Help You Succeed** We seek someone with **strong on-site leadership**, operational autonomy, and clear, professional communication.
