Opportunity for professional growth and development Job Objective Provide timely customer service and follow-up through digital and telephone channels, ensuring an efficient, clear, and professional service experience that strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (mandatory). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Impeccable spelling (essential for this position). * Fast and accurate typing (mandatory). * Experience in e-commerce retail stores (preferred) * **Reside near the Zone** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide excellent service to our customers!
