Fostering long-term relationships with high-level customers. **SALES MANAGER** **COMPANY DESCRIPTION** Hardware distribution company. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Main responsibilities include: * Personnel administration and management. * Customer portfolio administration and management. * Conducting market research to identify potential customers. * Building customer portfolios. * Developing commercial strategies to retain and expand the customer portfolio, providing personalized advisory services. * Designing and implementing new projects. * Fostering long-term relationships with high-level customers. * Participating in technical and economic proposals for tenders. * Identifying business and market opportunities. * Establishing contact with directors and general managers of companies and government sectors. * Reviewing collections and negotiating with customers and sales representatives. * Preparing monthly reports on achieved goals and objectives. * Reviewing commission calculations and payments to the team. * Knowledge of construction, hardware, and paint supply industries. * Order tracking. **REQUIREMENTS** Age: 40 years or older. Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics or administration; specialization in business preferred (verifiable). Residence: Toluca. Valid driver’s license. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum two years in a similar position (Sales Management or Field Sales Coordinator). Field sales experience (direct contact with and visits to companies). Experience selling hardware, paint supply, plumbing, or electrical products. Knowledge of commercial strategies and sales performance indicators.
