DE C.V. is seeking an INPLANT COORDINATOR in 16038 \- Xochimilco, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOR\-SEG Private Security Services is seeking: INPLANT COORDINATOR * Manage client relationships by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations. * Identify and develop key accounts by identifying clients with the highest growth potential and developing strategies to attract and retain them. * Monitor the performance of key accounts and conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement. * Negotiate agreements, pricing, and service terms with key clients, seeking mutually beneficial solutions. * Promote customer satisfaction by ensuring clients are satisfied with private security services and feel valued. * Identify and resolve issues that may arise in client relationships. * Increase account value by enhancing profitability and value of key accounts through cross-selling additional services, improving client relationships, and increasing customer satisfaction. * Control operational staffing costs versus profitability targets. * Track and propose improvements regarding company security services. * Organizational Management (functional staff and middle management). We Offer Salary of $21,200 net, paid on the 15th and 30th via BANAMEX or BBVA payroll IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, Savings Fund, Profit Sharing, New Uniforms, Paid Training, and more.
