Promotes continuous improvement and process optimization A company with **over 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry**, currently experiencing robust growth, is looking to add a **CNC Leader** with solid technical experience and leadership capabilities to its team. **Requirements:** * CAM programming (preferably BOB CAD\- CAM) * Proficiency with HAAS/ FAGOR controllers * **More than 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions** **Main Responsibilities as CNC Leader:** * Programming parts for machining. * Planning activities within the department. * Assigning tasks to department personnel (1 or 2 CNC operators). * Supervising departmental activities, ensuring **quality, precision, and safety**. * Ensuring **traceability of the production process** through records and reports. * Promoting **continuous improvement** and process optimization.
