Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to operate and maintain the Palletizing Robot, ensure safety and quality, execute mold changes, and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain the Palletizing Robot and auxiliary equipment. 2. Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental standards. 3. Execute mold changes using the SMED methodology. **Operate and ensure optimal performance of the Palletizing Robot together with its auxiliary equipment.** **Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment and the goal of zero accidents.** Conduct shift handover procedures, ensuring accurate communication regarding equipment and process status. **Execute mold changes using the SMED methodology, adhering to the production schedule.** Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, as well as failure analysis and root cause investigation. **Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, verifying proper functionality.** Supervise repair work and external service providers, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. **Perform mechanical repairs and replacement of spare parts on machinery.** Identify and track technical failures, minimizing downtime. **Provide technical support to operators for proper equipment usage.** Document work orders and maintenance activities. **Comply with the company’s Quality and Food Safety Policy.** Education: **Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering or related field** Years of Experience: **Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in maintenance of PET injection molding equipment and molds, preferred.** General/Technical Skills: **Technical · Knowledge of Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electronics, and Electricity · PLC knowledge · Knowledge of Injection Process · Proficiency in Office software** Administrative · Adaptability to change · Results-oriented · Teamwork · Sensitivity to guidelines · Customer orientation.
