Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Advisor to manage B2C sales, multi-channel customer service, and post-sales follow-up for decorative products. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of customers and orders in ERP and CRM systems Position: Commercial Advisor – Location: CDMX Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs; Saturdays, 10:00–17:00 hrs Contract Type: Business Partner Monthly Income: Base support of $8,000 \+ commissions ranging from 3% to 10% (paid biweekly) Job Description: We require a commercial advisor with experience in B2C sales, multi-channel customer service, and post-sales follow-up. The role includes home visits for measurements, consultation on decorative products (blinds, curtains, flooring), order entry into the ERP system, and customer management in the CRM. Requirements: * Sales experience (minimum 2 years) * Education: Completed high school (technical or business degree preferred) * Basic–intermediate knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite * Prior experience in decoration, interior design, or blind sales is desirable * Skills in negotiation, customer service, and time management * Professional appearance and strong work ethics Main Responsibilities: * Personalized in-store, WhatsApp, phone, and home-visit customer service * Taking measurements and advising on product selection * Sales follow-up, order entry, and store organization * Assisting with cleaning, display maintenance, and performance indicator reporting Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
