Grupo Andrade, a leader in the automotive sector, is seeking an experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** with expertise in inventory control, logistics, and automotive warehouse operations—capable of ensuring the proper flow of spare parts to workshops and maintaining efficient, organized operations. What will you do? * Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts. * Supervise proper material replenishment to workshops. * Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts. * Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies. * Coordinate optimal stock levels with the procurement department. * Supervise quality assurance and validation of received goods. * Implement warehouse organization and control strategies. * Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) on turnover, shrinkage, and operational efficiency. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse. Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts warehouses. * Experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and sense of urgency. * Prior experience in automotive workshops or dealerships is preferred.
