




Job Summary: Coordinates, supervises, and ensures the operation, plant functioning, and personnel management, as well as activities involving external suppliers and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates, supervises, and ensures that operations, plant functioning, and personnel management comply with applicable legislation: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Internal Regulations, and Collective Bargaining Agreement. 2\. Coordinates and supervises activities of external suppliers: Cleaning, Security, Cafeteria. 3\. Coordinates with the HR Manager and relevant departments to ensure documentary and operational compliance through the execution of audits and inspections conducted by various government agencies and certification companies. 4\. Coordinates and ensures compliance with customer audits. 5\. Analyzes and is responsible for presenting HR KPIs. 6\. Coordinates and supervises internal plant and/or park events. 7\. Coordinates voluntary and involuntary employment termination processes. 8\. Addresses union requirements. 9\. Coordinates follow-up meetings for CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) arising from audits. 10\. Coordinates activities to comply with NOM-035. 11\. Tracks worker complaints/denunciations based on the Elevate Code of Conduct. 12\. Coordinates cafeteria services. 13\. Performs other duties as assigned. Salary: $25,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
