Evaluation of construction costs and development of detailed budgets. 3\. Analysis of material, labor, and machinery productivity. 4\. Comparison and analysis of subcontractor and supplier proposals. 5\. Generation of cost and budget reports. 6\. Quantity takeoff and drawing review. 7\. Drafting of descriptions for the construction item catalog. 8\. Cost marketing to ensure price competitiveness. 9\.
