Job Summary: A leading construction company is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to develop and analyze unit prices, evaluate costs, and negotiate with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Unit price analysis and construction cost evaluation 2. Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors 3. Generation of cost and budget reports **LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING CANDIDATES** **Requirements:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree (degree certificate and professional license required). Proficiency in Neodata and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Preparation and analysis of unit prices for construction items. 2\. Evaluation of construction costs and development of detailed budgets. 3\. Analysis of material, labor, and machinery productivity. 4\. Comparison and analysis of subcontractor and supplier proposals. 5\. Generation of cost and budget reports. 6\. Quantity takeoff and drawing review. 7\. Drafting of descriptions for the construction item catalog. 8\. Cost marketing to ensure price competitiveness. 9\. Interaction with suppliers and contractors for price negotiation. **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $16,000–$18,000 (net) plus statutory benefits. · Direct employment with the company. · On-site work in Cuajimalpa Borough, Mexico City (near Universidad Iberoamericana).
