If you’re energetic, enjoy being on the move, and have a keen eye for identifying potential… this challenge is for you! **What You’ll Do:** \- Play a key role in attracting top talent at our branches: \- Go into the field to source candidates from communities, strategic locations, and social media \- Conduct in-person interviews and initial screening \- Post job openings creatively and effectively \- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish \- Achieve targets that drive team growth **What We’re Looking For:** \- Experience in field recruitment (preferred) \- Ability to travel within your assigned zone (Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Benito Juárez) \- Excellent attitude, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities \- Energy, proactivity, and results orientation \- Full-time availability **What We Offer You:** \- Gross monthly salary: $18,700 \- Transportation allowance \- Work tools (mobile phone and laptop) \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements \- Real growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding company **Here, you don’t just recruit—you build teams and make an impact.** **Interested?
