




Position Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to ensure proper execution of work, personnel management, information validation, and coordination of process and training improvements. Promotes communication and continuous improvement in processes and personnel. **RH HUNTING is looking for a Workshop Manager in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are currently seeking a **Workshop Supervisor!** **Work Mode: 100% on-site.** **Work Location**: CDMX and occasionally out-of-town. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree (in progress or completed). * Minimum 5 years of experience as an industrial workshop supervisor (any type). * Knowledge of personnel administration, reporting systems, basic mathematics, and performance indicators. * Basic Office suite proficiency. * Valid Type A driver's license. * Flexible working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that evidence of completed work matches the actual recorded information. * Strengthen the development of work rosters and daily assignment of tasks to team members. * Validate cross-checking and reconciliation of information, ensuring correct data upload. * Maintain direct communication with workshop managers and clients regarding billing and quotation matters. * Address customer warranty requests and notify General Management. * Guarantee delivery of customer-signed receipts. * Address and follow up on any irregularities; collect information from workshop managers and record daily attendance and incidents. * Receive, validate, and deliver quality control reports. * Generate reports and administrative records for absences and/or administrative records of incidents. * Provide feedback to all involved parties. * Coordinate and recommend staff training processes. * Propose and monitor strategies targeting personnel and client relations, quality processes, and implementation of ongoing improvements. **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Planning * Negotiation * Conflict resolution * Decision-making **We Offer:** * Base salary of $24,000 net **(negotiable based on experience).** * Statutory benefits (effective from day one of employment). * Standard company vehicle for work-related transportation. * Per diem payments. * Mobile phone or tablet for job-related activities. * Training and onboarding. **Working Hours:** Monday through Saturday; Sunday off (subject to operational needs) **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69b461dc3e00004200555074\&source\=indeed*
