**Job Description:**
Objective
Implement an Occupational Medical Service that provides containment and follow-up care to ensure the well-being of our employees.
Requirements
* Degree and license as a general physician.
* At least 1 year of experience in occupational health.
* Proficiency level with computer tools.
* Communication skills.
* Experience managing occupational first-aid teams.
Responsibilities
* Daily first-contact medical care for general illnesses and medical emergencies within the facility.
* Medical treatment for general and occupational illnesses (issuance of prescriptions).
* Guide employees on how to use their family medicine unit and/or specialized medical services.
* Conduct occupational medical examinations for new hires and periodic check-ups; analyze results and develop action plans accordingly.
* Ensure compliance with current corporate and national occupational health and safety regulations.
* Develop and monitor implementation of the Annual Occupational Health Program to verify execution of activities and standardization of health and hygiene programs focused on preventing occupational and general illnesses.
* Analyze and prepare monthly reports and/or statistical charts related to occupational health (consultations, medical leaves, examinations, accidents, corresponding ST7 forms, etc.).
* Propose action plans based on identified statistics or site-specific issues.
* Participate in investigations into causes of injuries and/or illnesses occurring at the company, and manage and report safety incidents.
* Prepare medical reports, follow up on incident cases, and provide appropriate medical recommendations.
* Support training for first-aid teams and organization of emergency medical drills.
* Implement health campaigns (e.g., vaccination and prevention of general illnesses).
* Manage the first-aid kit and emergency medical bag, ensuring they are properly maintained and ready for any emergency. Perform regular functionality checks on on-site automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and periodically report their status.
* Administer and maintain inventory of medications and medical supplies for the occupational health service.
* Participate in local safety and health committees.
* Conduct on-site ergonomic assessments and related risk analyses.
* Manage the site’s first-aid team—from internal training to coordinating certification through external providers.
* Deliver employee training sessions and talks on disease prevention, ergonomics, Honeywell health standards, applicable health regulations or legislation, etc.

* Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
