Comprehensive management of manufacturer warranties An automotive group with over 30 years in the market invites you to join its team. **JOIN THE GEELY TEAM!** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree (automotive, mechanical, business administration, or related field) * Minimum 1 year of experience in workshops, dealerships, or insurance companies (preferred) * Basic knowledge of spare parts and bodywork and painting repair processes **Responsibilities:** HyP Management * Reception and customer service for clients with accident-damaged or aesthetically damaged vehicles. * Issuance of service orders * Preparation and tracking of repair estimates * Communication with insurance companies for damage assessment * Coordination with workshops regarding repairs and delivery timelines * Uploading information to insurance portals * Post-service follow-up and handling of clarifications and complaints Warranty Management * Verification of whether the defect falls under the manufacturer’s warranty * Proper documentation of cases (photos, diagnostics) * Processing authorization requests with the brand * Ensuring repairs meet required standards **Skills:** * Clear communication and customer interaction * Organization and follow-up * Negotiation (especially with insurance companies) * Attention to detail * Working under pressure **We Offer:** * Base salary + variable compensation (commissions) * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms Experience: * Bodywork and painting at a dealership: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
