Position Summary: We are seeking a Credit Supervisor with experience in team supervision, prospecting, credit disbursement and portfolio recovery, and group lending. Key Highlights: 1. FOR STAFF EXPANSION **Join our family as:** Credit Supervisor **Available Locations:** TIANGUISTENCO, STATE OF MEXICO What Do You Need? **Education:** High school diploma and/or completed technical degree Minimum 1 year of experience supervising work teams (field sales), prospecting new clients, credit disbursement and portfolio recovery (collections). GROUP LENDING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY **Schedule Availability:** 90% fieldwork Excellent customer service attitude and negotiation skills Enthusiasm for fieldwork Personal vehicle preferred (not mandatory) **Your Responsibilities:** Advise and supervise assigned staff Monitor promotion and disbursement of business loans Guide applicants throughout the loan process Customer service and home-based collections Loan renewals What Do We Offer?
