Megalabs México is a pharmaceutical company focused on the innovation and commercialization of products to improve patients' health and quality of life, with presence across Latin America and a strong market position in Mexico. **Position Objective** Promote and position Megalabs' pharmaceutical product portfolio through professional and ethical medical visits to physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals, building solid business relationships that contribute to achieving sales objectives and territorial growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct daily medical visits to general practitioners and specialists according to the coverage plan. * Promote the clinical benefits and differentiators of the portfolio's products. * Execute commercial and marketing strategies defined by the company. * Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and key customers. * Achieve established sales, coverage, frequency, and productivity targets. * Analyze the market, competition, and business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Efficiently organize routes and work schedules. * Participate in congresses, medical events, and training sessions. * Prepare visit reports and follow-ups using CRM tools. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethics, and pharmaceutical regulations. * Manage promotional activities and post-sales follow-up. * Maintain continuous updates on products, pharmacology, and market trends. **Required Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (Health Sciences, Administration, Marketing) * **Experience** * Minimum 1–3 years in: * Medical detailing in **OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY** * Pharmaceutical sales * Healthcare sector * Consultative sales **Knowledge** * Sales and negotiation techniques. * CRM system usage. * Territory planning. * Medical detailing * Pharmaceutical sales * Healthcare sector * Consultative sales **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Variable incentives. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
