Join our team as: ***Dyeing Laboratory Technician*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Release raw materials (dyes/chemicals) and production batches. * Follow the testing plan to meet customer requirements. * Match colors to meet customer requirements. * Support improvement of current recipes to increase production efficiency. * Report equipment failures to maintenance to ensure timely repair. * Define and maintain up-to-date calibration/verification of measurement equipment to prevent erroneous results. * Contribute to achieving process performance indicators. * Comply with applicable Quality Management System requirements. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Laboratory Science, Industrial Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or related field. * Experience/Knowledge: Laboratory equipment operation, interpretation of laboratory test results, colorimetry, basic statistical concepts. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Availability to work rotating shifts across three shifts **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $11,500 to $12,000 gross per month. * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
