Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage material inflows and outflows, ensure continuous supply, and prevent delays in company operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Materials control and inventory management 2. Recording of material inflows and outflows 3. Generation of monthly reports We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor $12,000 to $14,000 per month JOB OBJECTIVE: To oversee material inflows and outflows in the warehouse, ensuring continuous and sufficient supply to meet the needs of all operational and administrative departments of the company, thereby preventing delays in the execution of the company’s general activities. Requirements: * General knowledge of warehouse operations (material custody, inflows and outflows, requisition generation, etc.) * Basic tool handling skills (drill, pliers, etc.) * Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, etc.), preferably with basic knowledge and usage of an ERP system (SAE, SAI, COMPAQ, etc.). General Description \- RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain control over materials requested by the Procurement and General Services Department from suppliers. \- Fulfill internal requisitions, manage inventory control, and timely request replenishment of materials required for company operations (uniforms, stationery, cleaning supplies, etc.). \- Record material inflows and outflows in inventory control systems, specifying quantities and costs (Excel-based recording). \- Issue monthly reports on material inflows and outflows for the Procurement and Accounting departments. \- Conduct physical inventory counts in the warehouse on a monthly basis. Occasional Activities: * Support installation and removal of security safes at client locations designated by the Operations and Commercial departments. * Collect materials from suppliers. * Dispatch and collect courier deliveries, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
