Job Summary: This role is responsible for comprehensive procurement and inventory management, including receiving and recording goods, maintaining product catalogs, and stock control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive procurement and supplier management. 2. Efficient inventory control and turnover. 3. Maintenance of an organized and clean warehouse. * Perform general purchasing tasks. * Maintain up-to-date product catalogs with prices. * Conduct physical inventory counts for Kitchen, Bar, and Tableware. * Ensure proper input rotation using the FIFO method. * Report shortages, losses, and non-conforming products. * Receive, inspect, and record goods from suppliers. * Stock or replenish Kitchen and Bar areas. * Monitor stock levels. * Assist in purchase order preparation. * Record and enter incoming and outgoing inventory movements. * Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
