As Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring achievement of sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience. GRAN TERRAZA COAPA Responsibilities: * Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. * Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained, providing an exceptional shopping experience. * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Conduct regular performance reviews of staff, providing training and constructive feedback. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and attract new customers. * Maintain and promote a positive, consistent brand image within the store.
