Lead restructuring efforts to elevate service quality and guest experience DORADOS CONVENTIONS & RESORT IS SEEKING FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER A high-volume hotel seeks a strategic and operationally focused Food and Beverage Manager. The candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing all hotel food and beverage outlets, including the main restaurant, snack areas, and various service centers. The primary objective is to strengthen current operations, improve profitability, standardize processes, and lead area restructuring to elevate service quality and guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily food and beverage operations across all outlets. * Conduct and control recipe and food costing. * Design strategies to optimize costs and maximize profitability. * Manage, lead, and develop the team. * Implement ongoing staff training programs. * Standardize operational and service procedures. * Lead restructuring and modernization initiatives for the F&B department. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and service standards. * Control inventories, purchasing, and supplier relationships. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotels or high-volume food and beverage establishments. * Solid knowledge of recipe costing, waste control, and food and beverage management. * Proven experience managing personnel and leading large teams, including skills in training, development, and talent retention. * Results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to implement change, business process reengineering, and operational control. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity to lead a large-scale operation and participate in transforming an established company.
