JOB PROFILE Location: RIDERMEX Branch Type: Full-time (10 AM – 7 PM Monday to Friday; 10 AM – 2 PM Saturdays) Department: Retail Sales / In-Store Experience Reports to: Branch Manager Desired Age Range: 25–40 Years Education: High school diploma completed PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To serve as the primary revenue generator on the sales floor by converting visits into sales of new and used motorcycles through a clear, exciting, and financing-solution-focused purchasing experience, consistently representing the RIDERMEX brand with discipline and a positive attitude. Strong drive to sell, unafraid of closing or discussing money. Operational discipline and respect for processes. Ability to follow scripts, methodologies, and structure without improvisation. Genuine interest in motorcycles, mobility, or automotive retail (not mandatory but advantageous). Understands that one does not sell motorcycles, but rather access, solutions, and freedom. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service on the sales floor. Handling leads generated via social media. Meeting weekly sales targets. Explaining financing tools to customers (e.g., Maxikash, Galgo, Atrato, among others). Enhancing the customer experience. Delivering a clear, honest, and professional experience. Addressing common objections (price, interest rate, down payment, installments). Coordinating motorcycle delivery with the branch manager. Ensuring the customer fully understands their purchase and financing terms. Operations & Brand Maintaining order and presentation on the sales floor. Proper use of RIDERMEX uniform. Strict adherence to official pricing and commercial policies. Supporting in-store activations and basic content creation when requested. SUCCESS INDICATORS (KPIs) Number of motorcycles sold per month. Visit-to-sale conversion rate. Sales completed with approved financing. Achievement of individual and branch targets. Zero administrative incidents attributable to seller errors. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Prior retail sales experience (automobiles, motorcycles) Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and toward goals. Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, CRM, or other digital platforms. Desirable Experience with credit or financial institutions. Experience in high-value sales.
