




Position Summary: We are seeking a Parts Commercial Manager to lead the expansion of the distributor network, ensure achievement of sales targets, and strengthen product presence through commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruit new authorized parts distributors and ensure after-sales support. 2. Implement commercial strategies to strengthen product presence. 3. Lead and develop the parts sales team. **Position:** Commercial Manager **Department:** Parts **Location:** Col. Del Carmen, Coyoacán, CDMX. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. **General Position Objective** * Recruit new authorized parts distributors into the National Service Network, ensuring after-sales support in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Also ensure achievement of parts and lubricants sales targets via KPIs established by ITC, and implement commercial strategies to strengthen product presence, preference, and communication across various sales channels, aligned with the annual business plan. **Main Responsibilities** * **Develop:** Annual development plan for various parts and lubricants sales channels. Training and development program for sales staff across various sales channels. Weekly and monthly progress reports on departmental objectives. Policies and operational procedures related to the parts commercial area. Periodic managerial reports on results to General Management and Executive Direction. * **Audit:** Verification and compliance with policies implemented at points of sale. * **Supervise** Sales team including call center and field sales representatives, ensuring fulfillment of assignments and objectives. * **Evaluate** Assess quality levels within the sales area to pursue continuous improvement. * **Develop** Digitalization program for the sales model to ONLINE. * **Identify** Identify areas for improvement in sales and promotion processes to enhance departmental performance. * **Coordinate** Promotional campaigns jointly with the Marketing Department to boost product sales. Coordinate with the Service and Warranty Department regarding requirements for new codes and products to ensure product availability. Coordination and development of personnel forming the Parts Department, both at headquarters and regional offices. * **Planning** Purchase orders for parts and lubricants based on inventory levels, demand, and new products, in coordination with General Management. * **Collaboration** Collaborate with other Commercial, Service, and Operations Departments on various tasks to achieve the business plan. **Requirements** * 30 years of age or older * Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration * Work experience: Minimum of **3 years** in activities related to Distribution Network Development for **Parts**, wholesale / retail. * Technical or specialized knowledge: **Automotive or Motorcycle Engineering**, project management * English language: Desirable * Willingness to travel **Competencies** * Adaptability. * Assertive Communication. * Work Culture and Effectiveness. * Teamwork. * Professionalism. * Passion for Service. * Problem Solving.
