STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Lead and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance area and minor projects up to $500,000 MXN, ensuring profitability, operational control, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. This position operates as a strategic unit that protects the company’s margin and relieves Management from daily tactical operations. 2. SCOPE AND DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES **Development and control of the annual preventive maintenance schedule.** On-site technical diagnosis for corrective maintenance. **Comprehensive technical surveys (architecture, installations, finishes).** Preparation of detailed budgets and unit price analysis. **Scheduling of execution and coordination of work crews.** Control of minor purchases and negotiation with suppliers. **Physical-financial tracking per project.** Weekly reporting of key performance indicators to Management. **Technical, administrative, and documentary closure of each work order. 3. REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFILE Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electromechanical Engineering. **Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial maintenance and light construction.** Proven experience managing projects up to $500,000 MXN. **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (costing and control).** Knowledge of unit price analysis. **Experience coordinating operational field teams.** 4.
