A company specializing in food sector audits is seeking: Food Auditor **for fast-food franchises.** ***Contracted as an Independent Service Provider, with flexible availability and willingness to travel to other states (this rotation is compensated, including transportation, accommodation, and meals)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Food Engineer, Food Chemist, Food Technician, Food Technologist, or related degree. Industrial Engineer with food focus. Completed. * Gender: Unrestricted * Location: ***Tijuana*** * ***Ability to travel throughout the state.*** * Audit duration: 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes per store * Availability for training and certification (2 weeks, both virtual and in-store) * Auditor purchases own materials and receives reimbursement after 3 months of continued employment with us. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure audits are conducted according to client standards * **Report any critical situations to supervisors per protocol** * Record activities and incident checklists, including opportunities for improvement. * Verify food handling processes per client protocols. **Knowledge Requirements:** * ***Quality management systems.*** * ***Good manufacturing practices.*** * ***Familiarity with ServSafe certification, Standard 251, Standard 051*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google applications, and communication tools. * **Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, or similar standards.
