




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Manager for Papalote Museo del Niño, responsible for the financial and operational health of the Cuernavaca venue, leading multidisciplinary teams. We seek the **Administrative Manager** who will turn numbers and processes into the engine of our **Cuernavaca Venue**. If you possess financial rigor and the passion to lead the operational heart of a cultural icon, we want you to ensure our mission never stops. **Your Mission:** Guarantee the financial and operational health of the venue by managing resources with precision and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver an unforgettable experience to our visitors. **Your Key Challenges:** * **Financial Control:** Budget management and execution. Conduct cash counts, reconciliations, and supplier negotiations. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure the venue complies fully with Civil Protection, legal, labor, and health regulations. * **Operations Control:** Oversee the procurement cycle, inventories, payment orders, and proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Administrative Leadership:** Supervise Human Capital processes (hiring, terminations, incidents) and ensure IT support and ERP systems operate at 100%. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Administration, Finance, or Accounting. * +5 years of experience in operational/administrative management roles. * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. * Strong leadership, integrity, and high negotiation capability. **Leadership Competencies:** Assertive communication, non-negotiable integrity, strategic vision, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and high negotiation capability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + statutory and above-statutory benefits (Savings Fund, vouchers, SGMM, Life Insurance). * Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00–18:00 hrs), with availability for weekend on-call duties, events, or critical operational situations. **Ready to become the engine of our venue?** Submit your CV and we will contact you shortly.
