Keep reading... **At AG Comunicaciones, we are seeking a Retail Sales Representative who will serve as the commercial engine of their store, taking responsibility for budget management, inventory control, and the experience of every customer who walks in.** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Sell Telcel Friend Kits, rate plans, SIM cards, airtime, and accessories. * Meet and exceed the monthly sales target assigned to your retail location. * Deliver high-quality customer service—from sale through service payment. * Prospect and follow up with existing customers to migrate them to postpaid plans. * Manage product display, organization, and cleanliness of the retail location. * Perform invoicing, cash register closures, and sales reporting. * Design and implement strategies to boost sales at your location. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of sales experience — mandatory. * Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree. WHAT WE OFFER * Base salary: $9,643 MXN gross per month. * Punctuality bonus: $300 \+ Attendance bonus: $300\. * Uncapped commissions — you determine your income. * Full statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, and more. * Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday rest day. * Paid training prior to commencing operations.
