We are looking for a luxury residential carpentry expert to join our team. **Your mission:** Serve as the bridge between our workshop and the construction site, ensuring each closet, kitchen, and door is installed flawlessly. **Requirements:** * 3 to 5 years of carpentry experience (luxury residential preferred). * Proactive, organized profile with excellent communication skills. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency with materials (MDF, veneer, solid wood) and hardware (Blum/Hafele). * Expert blueprint reading and proficiency in AutoCAD/Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site installations and verify finishes. * Coordinate work crews and construction schedules. * Rectify measurements and adjust technical details with the workshop. * Ensure total quality and resolve issues in real time. **We Offer:** * Base salary + project success bonus * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Monday-to-Friday on-site work Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Experience: * Carpentry construction supervision: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
