Responsibilities: * Strategically identify and approach customers. * Analyze, provide, and promote appropriate product advisory. * Use necessary verbal dialogue to deliver a credit card that meets the customer’s needs and encourages its usage. * Execute the sales process accurately, focusing on customer experience and adherence to institutional guidelines. * Stay updated on products, services, and policies. * Achieve customer experience and credit card placement targets. * Comply with laws and regulations governing sales practices, acting ethically and strictly adhering to policies, while assessing risks per institutional guidelines. * Promote compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations for both the business and the commercial partner, applying ethical judgment and promptly and transparently reporting any non-compliance. * Understand and achieve personal goals and objectives. * Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
