Be the next BRANCH SECRETARY “Jojutla Branch, Mor.” Your responsibilities will include: 1\. Collecting information according to the requirements and instructions of your immediate supervisor, ensuring timely and accurate completion. 2\. Participating in the logistics of branch assemblies (informational materials, preparation of meeting rooms, notices, agendas, etc.). 3\. Compiling reports on membership behavior, resource acquisition, disbursement, and recovery at branches for submission to your immediate supervisor. 4\. Compiling reports on service quality provided to members and the general public for submission to your immediate supervisor. 5\. Reviewing your immediate supervisor’s email and calendar daily to identify requirements and requests needing attention. Requirements: * Flexible availability of working hours. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related field. Experience in: filing, use of office equipment (telephone switchboard, photocopier, etc.), calendar and email management, and customer service.
