Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a maquiladora company, responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing materials, preserving materials, and managing inventories. Active participation in inventory management and product traceability. **100% Mexican Maquiladora Company (Copacker), dedicated to industrial packaging and repackaging, focused on assembling consumer offers.** Seeking: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** ***Requirements:*** **Gender:** Indifferent **Age:** 29 years and older **Education:** Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** ***Minimum 2 verifiable years as Warehouse Supervisor.*** Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the **FOOD AND PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS SECTOR.** ***Responsibilities:*** * Control of material inflows and outflows received and issued from the warehouse. * Ensure material preservation by monitoring staff compliance with procedures during receiving, storage, and issuing of materials, products, and company-owned assets. * Request or perform inter-plant transfers. * Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper organization. * Prevent product losses in the warehouse; if losses occur, ensure they are correctly and promptly reported. * Participate in conducting comprehensive physical inventories of materials, products, and company-owned assets under the supervisor’s responsibility. * Inventory control. * Knowledge of and adherence to area procedures documented in the QMS. * Knowledge of product traceability. * Personnel management. * Audit management. ***Skills:*** * Advanced EXCEL. * SAP proficiency preferred. * Personnel management. * Decision-making. * Working under pressure. * Frustration tolerance. * Teamwork. * Decision-making.
