If you have: Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. **Your mission will be:** To lead the management of packaging projects originating from Export, Domestic, Quality, and Operations departments, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions are developed in collaboration with the packaging engineering team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuous Improvement: Manage and execute continuous improvement projects that optimize packaging material usage, implementing enhancements based on customer feedback and performance analysis to achieve cost savings and increased efficiency. * Cost Analysis: Implement strategies and evaluate costs associated with packaging development, ensuring economic viability and sustainability. * Material Evaluation: Define strategies and collaborate on selecting sustainable packaging materials. * Change Control and Regulatory Compliance: Authorize and supervise modifications to packaging designs and specifications, as well as the creation and cancellation of packaging material codes. Ensure all packaging complies with local and international regulations, guaranteeing adherence to established guidelines.
