A leading company in the sector is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. **About the Position** We are seeking a candidate responsible for the full management of logistical projects related to storage, preparation, and shipment of promotional materials to Latin America. The role entails coordinating operations, monitoring information, and providing direct client follow-up, ensuring timely and orderly execution. **Main Responsibilities** \- Management of customer orders and requirements \- Analysis and handling of Excel files (volume, pieces, boxes, destinations) \- Coordination with warehouse staff for material assembly, sorting, and conditioning \- Shipment planning by country \- Timely tracking of deliveries and progress \- Documentation control (delivery notes, evidence, reports) \- Direct communication with clients to provide updates and resolve requests \- Organization and updating of logistical reports **Requirements** \- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or project coordination \- Intermediate Excel skills (tables, basic formulas, data sorting) \- Strong organizational and tracking abilities \- Ability to work under pressure \- Clear and structured communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with promotional materials \- Experience with international shipments **SALARY: $16,000 \+ LEGAL BENEFITS** **WORK LOCATION: ESTADIO AZTECA** Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
