Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for Botanas Metrópoli, responsible for coordinating and managing warehouse activities, inventory control, and implementing process improvements. Leadership, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset ### **Botanas Metrópoli, a leading company in snack production, is hiring:** ### **Warehouse Manager** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods. * Conduct periodic inventory control and audits. * Manage warehouse operations from scratch * Implement improvements in internal processes to reduce costs and cycle times. * Coordinate warehouse activities. * Report performance indicators (KPIs). ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics (preferably in food or fast-moving consumer goods). * Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse control, and FIFO. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). * Leadership, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. ### **We Offer:** * Weekly base salary. * 100% IMSS coverage. * Vacation days as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Vacation bonus. * 30-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). * Monthly food vouchers. * Punctuality bonus. * Bonus for zero absences per month. * Personal loans. * School scholarships for children. * Internal events. * Career development plan\-growth. * Profit-sharing payments. * Complimentary uniforms
