About you **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. **Experience** * 3–5 years of experience in operations, routing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles. * Experience in project management. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders. **Technical knowledge** * Knowledge of data analysis applied to operations. * Experience with routing tools and models (static and/or dynamic). * Proficiency in analytical tools (especially Excel). * Familiarity with systems such as **TMS, WMS, YMS** (preferred). * Understanding of operational KPIs and performance management. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. **Key competencies** * Results orientation and value creation, with focus on sustainable and measurable benefits. * Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making using clear and timely data. * Ability to structure problems and translate strategic objectives into executable action plans. * Financial mindset and understanding of business impact (P\&L). * Effective communication and ability to influence across all organizational levels. * Collaboration and teamwork, with autonomy to drive initiatives. * Adaptability to change and dynamic contexts while maintaining focus on outcomes. * Resilience and ability to manage change with disciplined execution—even under pressure. \#LI\-MX About us At Danone Mexico, we work with a deep conviction: human health and planetary health are interconnected.
