The Quality Control Inspector reports directly to the Quality Control Supervisor/Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Document dimensional and visual inspections per applicable drawing or procedure. * Document non-conforming materials using an NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process. * Review and verify internal and external supplier, welder, and NDE personnel qualifications regarding non-destructive examinations (NDE), welding procedures, and/or other applicable requirements. * Review and approve supplier manufacturing and test documents/procedures, and manage customer, end-customer, and authorized inspection agency approvals (where required). * Prepare and define required project testing and inspection requirements, such as ITPs and procurement specifications. * And any other tasks assigned. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of welding, non-destructive testing (NDE), and quality systems. * Familiarity with established quality standards, laws, and regulations issued by national and international authorities. * Knowledge of commonly used inspection equipment in machining, assembly, and testing operations. * Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is preferred. * Flexibility, willingness to learn, attention to detail, analytical ability, and a positive, proactive attitude. * Flexibility and willingness to travel. * Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills. * Problem-solving skills. * Operational excellence and high level of customer service orientation. * High school diploma/GED and/or 0\-2 years of relevant experience.
