Specialized in handling and resolving incidents related to connectivity, infrastructure monitoring, and perimeter security event management. Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios), firewall management (Fortinet, Sophos, Hillstone), and ticketing platforms.
