Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in food and beverage operations to lead and coordinate teams, manage resources, ensure business profitability, and deliver a memorable experience to customers. Customer service and service protocols \-Minimum 1 year of experience. \-Extensive knowledge of food and beverages, spirits, wines, etc. \-Manage available resources to achieve business profitability (major and minor equipment, supplies, funds, personnel, etc.). \-Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest served by the business. \-Maintain effective communication with the entire team to stay aligned on out-of-stock items, sales promotions, and seasonal products. \-Lead and motivate the team to reduce staff turnover. \-Immediately report any incidents beyond your control to your superiors. \-Support your supervisor with all required administrative tasks. \-FIFO inventory management. \-Inventory management. \-Team leadership and coordination. \-Customer service. \-Service protocols. \-Point-of-sale system operation. \-Bank terminal operation. \-Cash handling operations. \-Preparation of operational reports. \-Office supply management.
